I am trying to factory reset my printer. I have tried turning off, unplugging, holding down the power, reattaching power cable and continuing to hold for 10 seconds, then home, back, back, home which got me to a menu where I chose full reset. Now it is just stuck on initializing in the first screen. If I power it off, it turns on on the set up "To set up ... press continue" screen. if I press continue it spins in "initializing setup" again. After spinning in iintializing, it settles on a screen that says "Product Tour, Apps EPrint" options, none of which are helpful. I read something about taking out the cartridges but I can't b/c they are not accessible.

Hi @cariboomomof4,
I'd like to help!
We can perform a factory defaults on the printer to resolve the issue
- The reset instructions are specific for your printer and performing those steps on a different printer may corrupt the device.
- I've sent you a private message with reset instructions, follow the reset instruction to perform a full reset and re-initialize the printer.
- In order to access your private messages, click the private message icon on the upper right corner of your HP Forums profile, next to your profile Name or simply click on this link: https://h30434.www3.hp.com/t5/notes/privatenotespage
Hope this helps! Keep me posted.
