Operating System: Microsoft Windows 11

I HAVE BEEN TRYING TO INSTALL THE PRINTER TO MY COMPUTER AND IT IS FROZEN ON FIRMWARE UPDATE. I TRIED DISCONNECTING THE PRINTER AND RECONNECTING IT BUT STILL GETS THE SAME MESSAGE AND IT WON'T BUDGE.  THE BOX IT CAME IN STATES  HP OFFICE JET 8125 BUT PRINTER SAYS 8120. WHAT COULD BE THE PROBLEM ?
