Greetings @swphill

Welcome to HP Forums and Thanks for the post.

I understand that you are able to print on regular paper, but are unable to print on envelopes.

Don't worry, I will be glad to assist you.

Have you tried to make a copy on the envelope? (This would let us know if the envelope is supported by your printer.)

Have you checked the paper-handling specifications of your printer?

Please check the paper-handling specifications of your printer to make sure the envelope is supported. Click here.

Make sure the paper settings are set correctly to match the envelope you are using.

Refer to the below articles for assistance.

Thanks Chimney_83.  Just a stupid error on my part that I finally figured out.  Somehow the envelope size setting changed & the printer was expecting a larger envelope.  So, no printing actually appeared on my #10 size envelope.  Just proves, once again, that it's usually not the computer/printer but the person at the keyboard.  Thanks again.
