Product: HP OfficeJet Pro 9012e All-in-One Printer
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 11
Maybe wrong discussion board, sorry.
I had a problem with my printer some days ago.
The HP support sent me a new device, I replaced the old device and everything is fine now.
But to send back the old device I should get adress, an a ticket to send and further information with the parcel of the new device. But it wasn't in the parcel.
Now I can't find that information.
Everywhere on the different HP support websites my old printer is listed with warranty "expired"
So I can't ask this simple question anywhere: Where do I have to send the old device and how do I get a sending ticket?
Best regards
Uwe
