There wasn't a board for my question.  I just purchased a service plan.  It is supposed to be 24/7 support.  However, I can only get the virtual assistant which is no help.  I already went through all of the troubleshooting steps more than once.  I can't figure out how to get a live person.  I activated the new subscription, but I still can't get support.  Does anybody know why?

I understand you are facing a support issue with your HP' Subscription. Not to worry I will help you to get a resolution to resolve the issue.

 

To assist better:

  • May I have the exact model name of the product? Refer to this document for steps to find the product details. Do not share any of your personal information such as serial, phone number, email ID, etc.
  • What type of service plan are you enrolled in? ( Instant Ink, HP Smart Friend, etc.)
  • What is the exact issue which you are facing with your HP Product?
