Product: Smart tank

I am having a lot of trouble setting up my printer. I bought a cord and I attached it directly from my printer to my computer and it will tell me how much ink I have but it says my printer is off-line. I’ve been trying to get support from HP and I have no luck at all the support page pretty much sucks!

Also when I try to print from my phone to my smart tank plus Every time I do it I have to turn off the printer turn off the modem and reboot everything and then it’ll let me print. It’s a pain in the butt!

I am so unhappy with the lack of support I’m getting from HP
