Operating System: Microsoft Windows 11

I have an HP All-in-One inkjet printer and a Surface Pro X. I download the HP Smart app from the Windows Store and it worked previously but now it won't open. I uninstalled and reinstalled it but it still won't open. I then tried to load the software drivers but they can't be installed either. The "plug and play" file was identified by the HP diagnosis.

I see that you are facing an issue with installing HP smart app for your Printer.
