Product: HP Color Laserjet Pro MFP3301
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I accidentally selected business when setting up the printer on my computer and now I'm having all kinds of weird issues, being forced to access an admin panel that doesn't show the printer on it anyways, my hp smart app says that the printer is connected to instant toner but it isn't and I'm unable to get help with the virtual assistant. Can't even add the printer to my dashboard here! 

 

I really need to switch it back to personal so that I can actually use the HP smart app and finalize setting up the instant toner. Please Help
