My toshiba usb flash drive is not start as it is not displayed under my computer in the file explorer, it is identified as unknown device with a title udisk storage 

i had recently used AOMEI partition assistant utility under the option of wipe partiton, suddenly process wasn't successfully 

by the following event generated after process failure

Device USB\VID_ABCD&PID_1234\6&a2645ff&0&2 had a problem starting.

What happens when you try using another USB Flash Drive, it it detected successfully?

 

And what are the results when plugging the USB Flash Drive to another computer, is it also listed as Unknown Device or can be detected?

 

Please check the above, it is likely that the USB device is damaged and not due to any conflagration setting..

all other drives are read and listed in the explorer and when placed in another pc it is all  the same error

i think the problem is on the device flash itself as it is error says can't start device
