Operating System: macOS 10.14 Mojave

I'm trying to turn off the annoying sounds on my Tango X.

Mac software doesn't let me do it; IOS App doesn't let me do it.

How do I stop the thing jingling?

Welcome to the HP Support Community. I'd be happy to assist you with the volume settings. 

 

To better assist you - Are you getting any error message? 

 

Try these steps to adjust printer lights and volume from an Android or iOS device -

 

1. Open HP Smart.

2. Tap Printer Settings.

3. Find and change the settings from preferences.
