Product: Tango X
Operating System: macOS 10.15 Catalina

New Tango X. Macbook pro, iPhoneX. No network (no ISP in my area), so I use broadband internet, Verizon. Weak signal, slow. 

Managed to download HP Smart. Can't get connected to printer. Error messages. Downloaded drivers, but they won't load from the unpacking window. Most trails lead to wi-fi network. HP customer service seems unavailable. Advice, please.

I'd like to help!

 

To assist better -

 

  1. Are you trying to connect your printer to your home network,or public network?
  2. What is the status of the wireless light on the printer, steady or blinking?
  3.  I would like to know, is your router set to work on 2.4 GHz network or 5 GHz network band?
