The printer works, it can connect to my phone and computer through the hp smart app, it connects to the WiFi. It will copy documents and print out information sheets when pressing the "i" button on the printer. So the printer itself works and the app recognises its existence but when it gets to the final stage of connecting the printer to my phone or desktop it won't work and comes up with a technical error page saying to try again but it never works, I've tried connecting through IP address too but it won't even find the printer when I put that in. I've tried the app and online, reset my phone, reset the printer multiple times but nothing works and I still get the same error on every device no matter what I do
