I switched my internet provider and my printer become offline. I first went to control pannel, right clicked on my offline printer, went to ports, clicked on port configuration, unclicked the STMP box. Still no print. Downloaded the HP Print and Scan doctor. Three times, when it got to the screen to test print, it did not print and when I clicked on No Print, the app stopped working. I want to know how I can get it to print from my computer. I also printed a network report and printing report from the printer itself, and it showed that it is connected to my new internet, Please help.PrintIssues.jpg

To fix the printer offline issue, uninstall and reinstall the printer driver. Use the method below to remove all existing print drivers installed on your PC:
1.) In Windows, search for and open Apps & features.
2.) Select your HP Printer
3.) Select Uninstall
4.) In Windows, search for and open Printers &Scanners
5.) In the Printers &Scanners windows look for your HP printer. If you see it listed right-click on it and choose 'Delete' or 'Remove Device'
6.) Open up the run command with the "Windows key + R" key combo.
7.) Type printui.exe /s and click Ok. (Note: there is a space in between “printui.exe” and “/s”)
8.) Click on the "Drivers" tab
9.) Look for HP Printer driver. If you see it Click on it and click Remove at the bottom
10.) Select Ok
11.) Select Apply and Ok on the Print Server Properties windows
12.) Close Devices and Printers
Once the drivers are removed, to download and install the software and driver: Click here

If issue persists, create a Manual Connection for Your Networked HP Printer and disable IPv6.

Follow the steps below:
Open the embedded web server (EWS).
Find out the IP address of the printer from the network configuration page.
In a supported web browser on your computer, type the IP address.
For example, if the IP address is 192.168.0.12, type the following address into a Web browser: http://192.168.0.12.
Click the Network or Networking tab, and then open the section or page for your network type: wired or wireless.
Click Manual IP.
If you see a Suggest a Manual IP Address button, click Manual IP address, and the Manual IP addresses are automatically filled out for you.
If your page does not have a button to suggest a manual IP address, type the IP address, subnet mask, and default gateway using the numbers shown in the report you printed.
Click Apply, and then wait until the changes are confirmed.
On the Network or Networking tab, and then open Network protocol under general
Select Enable IPv4 only (or similar)
Click Apply, and then wait until the changes are confirmed.
Restart the Printer.

When I open my EWS page, click on Network and select Wireless, there is no place to Select Manual.
