When I print a Network Configuration page, the text is perfect. When I print a document from the Word app on my phone or a PDF, the text has a spiky/jagged edge. What's the solution? I've think I've tried almost everything.

Thank you for replying. I have tried that, but the text is still spiky.

Do you have any other device that you can connect the Printer to and check if the same happens from that device too?

Yes, I tried printing from an iPad and the result was the same. As I mentioned, when printing a network configuration page the text is fine.

Could you check printing any other internal report from the Printer?

Also, try the steps from here: https://support.hp.com/us-en/product/hp-laser-100-printer-series/24494339/model/24494342/document/c0...

All pages printed when I hold the cancel button are printed with perfect text. It's only when I print from another device it has a jagged edge.

Try a firmware update: https://support.hp.com/us-en/document/ish_1776648-1643972-16

My apologies for the late reply. The issue hasn't been resolved. I'm unable to do a firmware update as I'm using a mobile phone.

Do you've any other device that the Printer is connected to?
