I need a driver for Hp deskjet 920c to install. so I can check the settings and color levels of the cartridge. The printer is old and the driver does not work on the new Mac OS.

Welcome to HP Support Community,

Thank you for posting your query; I’m here to help by guiding you through steps to resolve this issue

You can download the HP Deskjet 920c printer driver from the HP official website here. However, considering the printer's age and compatibility issues with newer Mac OS versions, it might be challenging to find drivers that are fully supported.

Alternatively, you could install the printer as a generic printer and use any print management software available on Mac OS to check settings and color levels of the cartridge. Unfortunately, the HP Deskjet 920c does not have built-in support for HP Utility in newer Mac OS versions, which limits the ability to manage detailed settings.

I hope this helps.

Please feel free to reply here if you have any questions or if you need further clarification on any of the steps.

Take care and have a good day.
