I have recently moved. I have a new wireless router. How do I unlock the Wireless Setup Wizard? Thank you.

Hi,
Thanks for using the HP Forums.
Are you able to do a "Restore Network Settings"?
1. Tap on WIrelsss icon
2. Go to Settings
3. Scroll down and select "Restore Netwrok settings"
Does that work?

Thanks for your reply.
I followed your instructions, but I was not successful. When I click on the Wireless icon, I can scroll down to the Restore Network Settings icon, but it is grayed-out. When I click on Restore Network Settings, the message I receive is "The feature has been locked by the person who set up the printer".
From the Home screen, when I click on Settings, and then click on Network Setup, one menu item is Wireless Settings. When I click on Wireless Settings, one menu item is Wireless Setup Wizard, which is grayed-out. When I click on Wireless Setup Wizard , the message I receive is "The feature has been locked by the person who set up the printer".
Is there another way to reset these settings? Thank you.
