I've recently bought a new PC with Windows 7 Professional X64. Try to load the driver software for my printer, LJPM11_M13_Full_Solution-v20160225-10229428 signed, the last version downloaded from hp site.

 

I followed the steps online inputting the model number to retrieve the download link.

 

I have tried installation several times with both cable connection and wirwless. Each time, after starting installation process anf verification that the connection is ready, starts the process and remains in this never ending state for hours without  showing any additional message.

 

I have searched online help but not much luck!.

 

The same printer is working fine with another computer with Windows 7 X32.

 

Hoping someone may have some advice.

The right link is https://support.hp.com/us-en/drivers/selfservice/hp-laserjet-pro-m11-m13-printer-series/9365405 as it is a Windows 7 X64 machine.

Anyway, the installation instructions were followed punctually with the same result.

Additionally, I tried to install the x32 version just to check if it could work. The result was the same.
