Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I have just downloaded the software for the HP Deskjet D2663.  The in app Printer Options are impossible to use - firstly the tabs are labelled in an eastern language and I am unable to select another Printing shortcut (it keeps reverting back to the original default setting) .  I experienced the same on my other machine (Lenovo ideapad Z500 Touch) which has Windows 8.1

Please uninstall the software:

 

https://support.hp.com/in-en/document/c02259020

 

Once done, please download and install the software in English from here:

https://support.hp.com/in-en/drivers
