Operating System: Mac OS X 10.11 El Capitan

I just installed my printer and while test aligning it, the output tray popped out. Now it refuses to go back in, even when I switch the printer off. How do I fix this?

Hi,

 

You have to use your hand(s) to put it back. I comes out automatically but we have to put it back manually.
