The printer is connected by cable and prints, but I cannot see ink level or do Clean, which I could see a few weeks ago.

How to start cleaning HP printer?

Open the HP Smart app, then click your printer image to open settings and management tools. Under Tools, click Print Quality Tools, and then select Clean Print Head or Clean.
