Help me,the printer prints in black bars...That only did not do... and original hp Ink replaced and reset did, alignment, cleaning of heads...WhatsApp Image 2020-11-05 at 18.37.10.jpeg

@Romchic, Welcome to the HP Support Community!

 

Let us try these steps to resolve this issue:

 

Check the ink levels, clean the ink cartridges, and print a quality report to check the result as shown in this document - Black Ink Not Printing, Other Print Quality Issues

 

If you have tried these steps and the issue persists, try using the old/alternate black ink cartridge to conclude if the issue is with this new black ink cartridge that you are using.
