You may want to start a new post since this one has already been marked as solved. That will give you a better chance of getting help. I have received this error on multiple printers myself, And it is basically fatal to our series (HP OfficeJet Pro x476) since it costs to much to replace the print head in comparison to just buying a new printer.

 

I am not an expert, I am just trying to offer some guidance.
