Product: HP 17 Laptop PC 17-cp2000 (67K42AV)

The windows 11 operating system included in this computer did not install the Epson drivers and utility programs that ran with windows 10. I went to the Epson site and downloaded/installed them again, but it made no difference. I cannot check ink levels, or access the ink utility.

For help with your printer you have to contact the Epson support, or their web site. https://epson.com/Support/sl/s
