Operating System: Microsoft Windows 7 (64-bit)

I would like to know how to set the time and date in the printer control panel.  My printer, an HP Officejet 7740 has the wrong date and time.  All I am looking for is how to accomplish this.  I have checked on-line documents and the HP assistant and all I get is a proverbial run around.  Outside of that I must say that I like the printer.  Just need to show correct time and date.

Welcome to the HP Support Community. I'd be happy to assist you with the Date/ Time settings. 

 

1) From the printer's control panel, touch Setup.

 

2) Touch Preferences.

 

3) Touch Date and Time.
