HP Officejet Pro 8730 or 8740

Hi,

Just want to share some finding on printing Borderless photo on the HP Officejet 8730 or 8740.

These are PDL printers, hence their print driver is different from the HP Officejet Pro 8710 or 8720 (which has a shortcut for Borderless photo printing)

The HP Officjet Pro 8730 or 8740 DOES HAVE SUPPORT for borderless photo printing, however, these are limited to Letter and A4.

Watch this resource to see how that is done:

HP Officejet Pro 8730/8740 : Edge to Edge A4 Borderless Printing

In order to print other sizes (4x6, 5x7 etc), we can install the HP Officejet Pro 8720 printer driver.

This resource will show you how it's done:

HP Officejet Pro 8730/8740 : Print Borderless photos

Hope that helps!

Both your links go to the same video, so you've not shown how to do what you've described....
