Welcome to the HP User Community.
Windows 11
Settings > System > Bluetooth & devices > Printers and scanners
Check the list of devices - for example, open one or more of the devices in the list to check content
Reminder:
There might be a separate "scan" queue that is appropriate for the current list.
If the queue is for a current, installed printer, be aware: This might be a queue that should be kept.
For example, device name starts with "Scan Only" followed by the printer model name and "DO NOT DELETE"
Next,
Select / Open the offending device (verify it is not a device you need / want to keep)
Select to "Remove" that device
Devices_and_Printers_W11_Printers_and_Scanners_1
Next
Return to the list of devices
Check list
Close the menu / window (optional)
Restart the computer and sign in
Check that the device is no longer listed in Printers & Scanners
