Product: Hp Deskjet 840C
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 7 (32-bit)

Hello. I have Hp Deskjet 840C printer and it´s original printer software  cd-disk. But it does not include the Toolbox for the printer. Can someone tell me where I can get it. Hp says they don`t support the printer anymore. I think this is bad because i think i´m not the only one who owns this printer. If i cannot goet it i have to change the product.

Hi,

Only a basic print driver is available from Windows Update for your printer:

https://support.hp.com/us-en/document/c01992524

 

The HP Toolbox is not available for later operating systems, the printer is quite too old these days and no longer fully supported:
