Product: HP ENVY 7640 e-All-in-One Printer
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 11

The touch screen would not work and I saw the fix on your blog and it worked.  Can you send me the procedure for updating the firmware for this device.  I purchased it in April of 2015 and it is still working awesomely!  So I have no reason to replace it anytime soon!

Don't worry as I'll be glad to help, to provide an accurate resolution, I need a few more details:

  • Did you make any changes to your printer?
  • When was the last time it worked fine?

Update the printer firmware:

  • Click here to download and install the latest printer firmware from your PC.
  • Click here to know different methods of updating printer firmware.
