Envy 120
Microsoft Windows 7 (64-bit)

Product No CZ022B

Seriel No. [edit]

HP Envy Series 120 All-In-One.

The touch screen is intermittent. I think the cable connecting the screen to the main unit has wear and tear from years of the front flap lifting up and down an probably has some dust on it too as the connective cable does not appear to have any protection. When the screen does come on the colours are all wrong which is why i think it is a cable connectivity issue.

Is it possible to replace this cable?

Many thanks
