Tray 3 not working on HP 479 fdw

My tray 3 is not showing up as an option when I want to print.  It is showing up in the HP settings.  It has been working fine for years but we just moved and now not working.  Please tell me how to get it fixed.  Thank you.

If not done, make sure Printer Properties > Device Settings includes the Tray as "Installed"

Windows 10

Control Panel > icon view > Devices and Printers

Right-Click Printer > Printer Properties > Tab Device Settings

OR

Windows 11

Settings > Bluetooth & devices > Printers & scanners

Select Printer > Printer Properties > Tab Device Settings

OR

Next,

Under Installable Options

Automatic Duplexing Unit > Select / Verify Installed > OK

And

Tray # = Installed
