paper tray constantly shows printer out of paper on computer screen when using 81/2 x 11

I have same issue. Can't lock tray for 8.5" X 11.0 paper. Paper moves in tray causing OUT OF PAPER message all the time.

Have to push paper forward in tray constantly.

Only locks at 10.0"and 14.0 ", not 11.0"
