Product: LaserJet 4250tn
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Printer stopped working after Windows update, says "drivers not available". Go to HP website to download drivers and after file unzips, get Windows notification that there is a Trojan virus. Windows cleans the virus and removes the download. Can't print and can't download the drivers. Help me PLEASE!

Also HP's downloads are clean and do not carry any virus in them.
