Product: HP ENVY Photo 7855 All-in-One Printer

Hello. I'm trying to add my HP printer to my new laptop (Samsung). It connects and begins to install and then says it can't do it and that I should contact the printer manufacturer. Is there a quick fix to this?

oh well No solution. HP won't help. It doesn't seem anyone had exactly the same problem as me. It looks like I have to buy a new printer (not HP if possible)
