I can't install the HP Office jet Pro 8035 scanner in my new HP Windows 11 computer. That 8035 printer is already installed

If you are experiencing difficulties installing the scanner part of your HP OfficeJet Pro 8035 on a Windows 11 computer, here are some steps to help resolve the issue:

 

Ensure Printer Drivers Are Updated:

  • Visit the HP Support website and download the latest drivers for your HP OfficeJet Pro 8035. Ensure that you select drivers compatible with Windows 11.

Check Windows Updates:

  • Make sure your Windows 11 computer is up to date. Go to Settings > Update & Security > Windows Update and install any pending updates.

Reinstall Printer Software:

  • Uninstall any existing HP printer software from your computer.
  • Restart your computer.
  • Reinstall the printer software using the latest version downloaded from the HP website.

Use HP App:

  • Download and install the HP app from the Microsoft Store. This app can help manage scanning and printing tasks and ensure all functionalities are set up correctly.

Check Connections:

  • Ensure all printer and scanner cables are connected properly. If your printer is connected wirelessly, confirm the connection status and verify that both devices are on the same network.

Troubleshoot via Control Panel:
