I’ve been trying to set up an HP printer on multiple workstations, but several users keep encountering errors during the driver installation process. The installation sometimes fails halfway, or the printer shows up in the device list but cannot print, even after multiple restarts and reinstall attempts.

 

We’re running a mix of Windows 10 and 11 machines, and standard troubleshooting like uninstalling previous drivers, using the HP Print and Scan Doctor, and updating Windows has not resolved the issue.

 

Has anyone successfully resolved similar persistent driver installation problems, especially in environments where multiple users access the same printers? I came across some insights on Modern Food Catering where they were discussing workflow setups and hardware configuration challenges, which made me wonder if there are best practices or undocumented steps I might be missing.

 

I’d appreciate detailed guidance or recommendations for ensuring smooth installation across all systems, including potential workarounds or HP-supported tools that can help streamline this process.
