HP Envy 6455e. Stopped functioning. Trying to set up, but message is it is offline. Can't find way to get online.

A hard reset requires the cartridge door be open

You will have to reconnect to the network afterwards so----

 

This video shows how to connect WiFi using a smartphone  but a laptop could be used

If no smartphone then use the WPS or pushbutton method discussed on page 28 of the users manual

You probably have all the drivers but if not then Full feature software for your printer
