Operating System: macOS 12.0 Monterey

I am looking foir a way to bypass the Smart App to find a load a Mac 12 driver.  Upgraded to Monterery and lost the connection to my printer.  Followed an Apple trouble shooting link that told me to delete my HP Library on my laptop and reinstall.  The Smart App  is telling me neither the laptop or printer are on the network.  I have a hardwire connection which Smart App does not recognize.

 

Where do I find the drivers, and  how do I force an install
