HP Photosmart 5515 e-All-in-One Printer - B111h
Microsoft Windows 11

Hi,

Trying to install a driver via USB cable on a HP Photosmart 5515 printer, the reason why I am trying to install a driver via USB cable is because , I notices last weekend that I was unable to print any documents.

After seaching the internet, I was inform that HP no longer support Windows 8 and when I install my printer via CD onto my laptop, the system at the time was Windows 8.

I have try to install a new driver via USB caable and so far have been unsuccessful. I would be grateful for any help.

Best regards

Hi FerRX,

Many thanks for your quick response, I have download the file as per your  response and install the file, at the moment I am still unable to print any document.

IF you review the screenshot above , the printer is connected to the network but, not connected to the ePrint. So as a result the printer is unable to print any document.

If you know how to fix the problem I would be grateful.

Best regards

Raymond
