Hi @Lenny31447,

Welcome to HP Support Community.

Thank you for posting your query, I will be glad to help you.

To install your HP Envy Inspire 7995e wireless printer, follow these steps:

1. Unbox and Set Up the Printer

  • Remove all packing materials and tape.
  • Install the ink cartridges and load paper into the input tray.

2. Connect the Printer to Wi-Fi

  • Turn on the printer.
  • On the printer’s control panel, go to the Network or Wireless settings.
  • Select Wireless Setup Wizard and follow the prompts to connect to your Wi-Fi network. Enter your Wi-Fi password if prompted.

3. Download and Install HP Smart App

  • Windows:
    • Go to the Microsoft Store and search for HP Smart or download it from the HP website.
  • Mac:

4. Add the Printer in the HP Smart App

  • Open the HP Smart app and create an account or sign in.
  • The app should automatically detect your printer. If not, click on the + sign to add the printer manually.
  • Follow the prompts to complete the installation.

5. Install Drivers

  • The HP Smart app usually installs the necessary drivers. Ensure that you follow any prompts to complete the driver installation.

6. Print a Test Page

  • Once the setup is complete, print a test page from the app to ensure everything is working correctly.

7. Troubleshooting (if needed)

  • If the printer isn’t found:
    • Ensure it is connected to the same Wi-Fi network as your computer.
    • Restart your printer and router.
    • Make sure the printer is powered on and has paper and ink.

I hope this helps.

Take care and have a good day.
