Trying to set up printer- says incorrect password?

Its an HP DeskJet 4120e printer - I'm putting in the PIN for the setup but it keeps saying it's an incorrect password?? Thanks 🙂

I'd like to help!

If you trying to connect to Wifi -Direct, try the password 12345678.

If that does not work, We have to perform a Semi Full Reset to unlock the features of the printer/Reset the password. 

The reset instructions are specific to your printer and performing those steps on a different printer may brick the device. 

I've sent you a private message with reset instructions, follow the reset instruction to perform a full reset and re-initialize the printer.
