HP ENVY Pro 6432 All-in-One Printer

I lost connection to the printer when I changed router. Seems like it has finally found the new router and could connect to it. Now it doesn't work anyway. It flashes EO and I tried cleaning the cartridges but that didn't help. Also I tried to register it to Hp ink, which seems necessary, I took it away when I couldn't connect to the new router and tried to re-register it, but it doesn't seem to work.

Welcome to the HP Community --

First:

Unless you already have a subscription to Instant Ink --

Subscribing to HP Instant Ink is optional.

If you do have an Instant Ink service contract and cannot set up or connect your printer,

then - yes -

Contact HP Instant Ink Support during business days and hours available in your region.

What?

True - HP Instant Ink relies on Web Services that keeps your printer connected to the Internet.

That connection would have broken when your printer lost its connection during the router swap.

Normally, Web Services can be checked / started once the network is (back) up and running.

What I don't know is whether a restart of the Web Services would be enough to fix a broken connection to the HP Instant Ink service even after the printer is once again connected to your network.

Moving on...

Not sure whether any of the following is relevant to the immediate situation...

If you do not have an Instant Ink subscription,

(then)

Try the following to stop errant error messages about ink that should be OK:

HP printer turns off unexpectedly or repeatedly

Step 2  -- Idea >> Leave the printer unplugged for a about 2 minutes...

What else?

Try Restarting everything, including the router that controls your network.
