UNABLE TO SETUP HP ENVY 6420e / HP Smart app on iOS / WiFi + Bluetooth (!!! Issue)

Hello,

A March 1st my printer couldn't connect to my WiFi without cause, unable to repair I went through the following:

- removal of the printer on my iPhone HP Smart app, then

- WiFi reset of the printer (via back round button) and tried to reset it => no trace of the printer on my HP Smart app

- Hard reset of the printer (via the cartridge trailer open + power button/wifi button hold) ==> still no trace of printer on my HP Smart app

- retried the protocol on my iPad ==> no change

- removed the app on both my iPad & iPhone, tried again ==> no change

- New hard reset then tried to connect to the 'Setup-XX' wifi network created through the iPhone within the HP Smart app  ==> seemed some thinking on the app but stopped at an alert box showing 'Weak Bluetooth connection, can't connect to the printer please come closer' message -- I was literally putting my phone ON my printer.

- tried the same with my iPad ==> same result 

It's like the Bluetooth of the printer is non-functioning ...

Please help, I've tried it all - next step is trashing my printer.
