HP Recommended

had issues trying to open HP Support Assistant recently.  I tried to repair with no luck so I uninstalled and then reinstalled, which was Version 9.  After doing this, all that shows in my Fixes & Diagnostics is "Printer showing offline". And battery check only

Obviously, if it says FIXES & DIAGNOSTICS, that's what should be listed under there. 

The current "fix" solution found here does not work. There is no HP Support Framework service + or that %Program Data+++ showing that the "fix" said to go to.
