Every time I put a stick in the USB port on the frontside of the printer, I get an error message: the memory device is damaged or use an unsupported format. I put the USB stick to my computer and nothing is happening. I already looked if there where sections damaged but couldn't find anything.

I put another USB stick and the same message occurs.

Hi,

When you put the USB in your PC, can you access it under ‘This PC’?

If you can access it, right-click the drive and select Properties, then verify its file system, the printer supports a drive formatted to FAT32, not to NTFS.

If the PC can’t read it too, the drive is likely damaged.

Hi ShlomiL,

I tried to put the stick in the computer and it is formatted FAT32 but still the printer gives the same message. What is wrong?
