HP Envy 4502
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I've restarted the router, unplugged the printer, uninstalled and reinstalled  both the software package and the drivers (at lease 6 times). None of these have helped. I've followed ALL troubleshooting steps on the website as well as installed the HP Print and Scan Doctor.

Printer works fine using USB under Windows 10 and works fine under Windows 7 Pro both USB and wireless.

Any assistance would be appreciated.

Welcome to the HP Support Community.

Do you get any error message?

Let's try using the HP Smart App: https://support.hp.com/in-en/document/c04675142

Let me know if this helps.

If the information I've provided was helpful, give us some reinforcement by clicking the Accepted Solution button, that'll help us and others see that we've got the answers!

Thanks!

This issue has been resolved. I discovered the solution myself - which was to disable the TCP/IP V6 protocol under the WiFi Adapter Properties. Once this protocol was disabled, HP software was able to continue the installation and successfully complete the wireless setup for the printer.
