I know this sounds silly but after numerous hours of waiting for pages to load, I opened the download site in google chrome and it open immediately. Hope it helps.

OH MY GOD YOU ARE A SAVIOUR!!

 

I had been trying to download the fraking file forever in several machines, browsers and types of conection. I had written emails and negatives reviews. And just changing the ftp for http did the trick! HP help was useless but you saved me from going nuts about not having sound. Thank you so so so much
