Unable to Setup a Used HP Tango without Setup Cartridges

How am I able to bypass the need for Setup Cartridges for my used HP Tango that was given to me. I do NOT have the Setup Cartridges and need to find out how to either set up by bypassing that or how to get new setup cartridges. The printer is in great shape and I purchased brand new HP genuine ink for it but am unable to proceed. It is also out of warranty so virtual agent or HP Support will not help me further with it. Please advise.

We would have to perform an OOBE reset on the printer to bypass the error

• The reset instructions are specific for your printer and performing those steps on a different printer may corrupt the device.
