I can't perform a firmware update on my 9022e. When I try to download the update program OJP9020e_2607A, the message “Not applicable” appears, even though the printer’s built-in firmware update function indicates that the latest firmware is already installed on my printer.

installed FW is: MANHHIPP1N005.2137A.00, Build 2021-09-06
