I am not able to login to the EWS.  Can someone tell me how to either over ride the ID and password or do a hard reset on the printer.  Whatever it takes.  Thanks

Try performing a network restore on the printer. Follow the steps below:

  1. From the home screen of your printer control panel, touch the Wireless icon 

  2. Touch the Setup icon 

  3. Touch Restore Network Defaults or Restore Network Settings, and then touch Yes to confirm your selection.

Now, reconfigure the settings and try to access the EWS.

 

If the issue persists, we may have to completely reset the printer.
