HP ENVY 6052 All-In-One Printer
Microsoft Windows 11

I recently moved and purchased a new laptop and have been trying to add "new" printer which was previously connected as well as trying to add a new printer I recently purchased and regardless of which printer -- HP Envy 6052 All-In-One Printer or Smart Tank 7301 Wireless All-in-One, when I click on Add new printer in the HP Smart app, I receive the same error "Allow HP Smart to access your location to find printers".  I have checked, double-checked, and re-checked to make sure I have "allowed" HP Smart access to location.  I have restarted my laptop, restarted my router, and still receive the same error.  Is there something I am missing???  I have never had this much trouble adding a printer.
